Bayelsa State Governor Douye Diri has expressed profound sorrow over the death of former Minister of Science and Technology, Prof. Turner Timinepre Isoun, describing him as one of Nigeria’s finest intellectuals whose contributions to science, education, governance and national development will continue to inspire generations.
